As a leader and mentor, the Director will foster supportive individual relationships, identify and develop promising new student leaders, plan and host creative engagement events on campus, and most importantly inspire students to make an ongoing commitment to Jewish life.
The Director of Jewish Student Life is a full-time employee who reports to the Executive Director and is an essential member of the Hillel OU team. They are a welcoming and dynamic Jewish community builder that embraces innovation and inclusivity to connect with OU students; ultimately shaping and inspiring their participation and leadership in Jewish campus life.
